“HOME” opens at Philippine Center

Nannette Guinto Amorado is having her 6th solo art show at the Philippine Center from November 6 up to November 17, 2017.  This show entitled HOME explores the difficulties of being away from home as well as celebrates the joy in fulfilling dreams in a foreign land. The paintings are all inspired by her own experience living and working abroad. Nannette is a self-taught visual artist. With a full-time profession as an international internal auditor, she painted on weekends.  Despite that, she had various group art exhibits since 1999 and had her first solo show in 2004.  Having retired last year, she now aims to focus on her painting.
